Agreement

These Terms govern your use of AI Agent Ecosystem (https://www.agentelio.xyz). By using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. Access to the dashboard is limited to the authorized administrator.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited email, or deceptive or misleading messages.
• Break any applicable law, including anti-spam, privacy and data-protection laws (for example CAN-SPAM or the GDPR).
• Access accounts, systems or data you are not authorized to use.
• Interfere with the service or with the websites and services it connects to.

Authorized email and outreach

• Connect only a Gmail account that you own or are authorized to use.
• Every outreach email requires your review and approval before it is sent. You are responsible for every email you approve.
• Contact only businesses you have a lawful basis to contact, identify yourself honestly, and respect requests to stop contacting someone.
• Follow Google's terms and policies when using Gmail through the service.

Your responsibility

Agents prepare suggestions such as leads, scores and email drafts. These may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for checking them before you rely on them or act on them, and for keeping your account secure.

Service availability

The service is provided as available. It may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time, for example for maintenance, and it depends on third-party services such as Google, Neon, Vercel and Tavily.

Limitations

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, AI Agent Ecosystem is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, lost business, or the results of emails sent or actions taken through the service.

Termination

Access may be suspended or ended at any time, especially if these Terms are broken. You can stop using the service at any time and revoke its Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Changes

These Terms may be updated. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
